Site Assessment First

Assessing the installation site for the new HVAC system for your home or business will help ensure your system is properly sized to handle the unique local climate conditions for your area. HVAC systems need a good amount of space for proper airflow to and from the unit. The engineer will need to measure your space for proper sizing and assess the insulation of your home.

Equipment Delivery and Clearance

We will need a 2′ space around the installation location for delivery of the unit. Make sure all access locations for our equipment are clear of clutter such as furniture, etc. to ensure the smoothest possible delivery and safest installation of your new HVAC system.

Removing the Old Kit

For HVAC systems, the engineer will disconnect and remove your existing air conditioning, heat or ventilation equipment from your building and safely dispose of it for you. The Installation Itself

After all of the parts have arrived at your site, the actual installation of the new HVAC system will begin. The fitting of parts, such as the wiring and any required duct connections will be completed in a certain order in order to ensure proper indoor air quality.

Testing and Commissioning

Testing of new HVAC systems will typically include a test for duct-leakage or airflow test and verification that the installed system will achieve the required temperature. Handover and Documentation
