How to clean a fabric sofa?

You can use it in two ways:
Rub the soap directly onto the stain and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing it off well with a damp sponge.
Dilute the liquid soap in a little water, dip a sponge into the solution and squeeze it well. At this point, rub the sponge on the stain in circular motions. As the last step, proceed with rinsing.

Microfiber is a new generation fabric with different qualities: soft to the touch, especially in its velvety version, it can be cleaned with the use of detergents without fear of causing particular damage.
What are the steps to wash the fabric sofa?
First, you need to vacuum dust, crumbs, lint and cat hair well. At this stage, our best ally is the vacuum cleaner, at least once every two weeks. For more daily cleaning, you can use a lint brush.
Make a DIY detergent with water, some vinegar and some dish soap. Vinegar disinfects the sofa, while dish soap removes stains. If you like that the sofa smells good, add the solution with some flavored oil, such as lavender, tea tree or eucalyptus.
Scrub the sofa with a brush dipped in this solution, then rinse with a soft, damp cloth. It is important to be careful not to wet the sofa excessively to prevent water from penetrating under the fabric up to the padding. Always use sponges that are not too full of water, and dry too much water with a hairdryer.

How to wash non-removable sofa cushions?
To clean the non-removable cushions of a sofa, a safe and effective remedy is to wipe a cloth moistened with a solution of water and vinegar on the surface of the cushion in a circular motion. The vinegar allows you to disinfect the sofa.
In case of stains, we advise you to sprinkle some baking soda on the stain, let it act for a few minutes and then collect it first with a vacuum cleaner, and then rinse it with a damp sponge.

Clean the sofa with baking soda

Dilute a tablespoon of baking soda in a liter of warm water, and add half a glass of lemon juice or vinegar. Dip a soft cloth in this solution, squeeze it well so that it stays just wet and then rub it on the surface of the sofa.
Before starting, test on an inconspicuous corner of the sofa to make sure the color does not fade when washed.
Clean the fabric sofa with steam
The steam cleaner is a great way to sanitize the sofa in non-removable fabric, as well as other forms of upholstery, including curtains. The steam removes bacteria, mold, mites and destroys all forms of dirt, even the deepest such as stains and grease.
Before steaming the surface, use a vacuum cleaner to remove hair and dust. At this point, the steam can be activated. Use it on a small portion of the surface at a time so that the water doesn’t have time to soak into the upholstery of the sofa.
